We start with a meeting or online consultation, always free of charge.
We look at your current situation and the organisation’s expectations. At this stage we outline an initial action plan and an approximate budget.

No. If you use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, you already have access to basic AI tools such as Copilot Chat or Gemini. They may need to be enabled if users cannot see them.
For a large share of employees, the AI included in the office suite is enough. My workshops show how to use it in everyday work.
Paid licences, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, offer more capabilities, but you may only need them for part of the team.
With Microsoft and Google’s built-in technologies, data remains in their cloud environment and contractual safeguards cover their processors. The providers also state that AI models are not trained on your company data.
During workshops we establish rules for data, access and approved tools. Your team learns what can safely be used with AI and what should never be entered.
We also cover basic legal frameworks such as the AI Act.
First, we maximise the tools you already have. In most cases, companies do not realise how much functionality is included in their current office suite and built-in AI tools. I recommend additional solutions only when a specific team or person needs them and there is a clear reason.
I work with your IT department or external IT provider. Technical matters are discussed with them. In practice, making good use of Copilot, Gemini and most tools outside the suite does not require extensive IT support.
I focus on the business side: ways of working, security and people’s capabilities. If deeper integrations are needed, we find the right solution with trusted specialist partners.

If your company uses older on-premise systems and has no subscriptions, I can help you plan a full digital transformation: compare options, assess their pros and cons, and select the necessary licences with your chosen provider.
It is also possible to introduce AI-only subscriptions based on Claude or OpenAI.
