Copilot · Gemini · AI at work
Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude — the specific tool is not the point. What matters is the capability to use it well and the order around your data.
The problem
Licences are bought, but only a few people use them.
People tried AI once and concluded that it does not work.
No one shows how to use AI on real, everyday business problems.
Employees paste company information into private tools.
There are no clear rules about which data can be used with AI.
Teams do not know how to check an AI answer before relying on it.
The approach
A practical process that connects decisions, habits and safe everyday work.
We begin with a participant survey to understand needs, current uses and real challenges. We also identify organisational or formal gaps and, where available, review current AI adoption data.
The findings become a tailored plan: key topics, relevant use cases, workshop content and practical recommendations. The scope depends on the team and the survey results.
Where appropriate, we measure adoption, identify internal AI champions and plan follow-up learning or improvements.
For most companies, the AI already included in their cloud suite — Copilot for Microsoft and Gemini for Google Workspace — covers the majority of needs. Additional licences for Claude or ChatGPT are considered only when there is a clear use case.
Working format: I recommend in-person workshops because they make it easier to work with real team examples. Online sessions and webinars are also possible.
What your team gains
People understand what information can be used, where it can go and what risks unauthorised tools create.
Employees can configure personal instructions and use Copilot or Gemini in a way that fits their work.
Teams learn to check AI output and use the right tools for web and company knowledge research.
Repetitive work becomes easier through built-in prompts, scheduling and simple agents.
